A new service from the Personal Number Agency offers customers a life-long number which will follow them wherever they go. Anastasia St Raphael, PNA's chief executive, said the 07000 personal number system. pioneered by Vodafone, allows customers to re-route calls to wherever they are in the world. The scheme is in line for a £2.2 million investment over the next three years, creating 300 jobs, she said. &lt;br /&gt;
