AT FIRST sight there appears to be no possible link between the new, decidedly eccentric, Dr Who and the suave and sophisticated new-look James Bond.&lt;br /&gt;

But nothing could be further from the truth - Sylvester McCoy, who this week took over occupation of the Tardis as the seventh doctor, has revealed that he and the fourth 007 have more in common than the fact that they are both taking over from illustrious and well loved predecessors.&lt;br /&gt;

Both Dalton and McCoy were appearing in the same London production of Antony and Cleopatra when they were spotted for their respective instant fame grabbing roles.&lt;br /&gt;
