A DOCTOR Who film crew had more than the Daleks to worry about when it was surrounded by antiterrorist cops on the River Thames.<br />
<br />
The technicians and actors were filming on a boat with the Houses of Parliament as a backdrop.<br />
<br />
But when they strayed too close armed police in high-speed patrol boats quickly moved in.<br />
<br />
The BBC crew was filming for the £3million series which stars Chris Eccleston, 40, as Dr Who, and Billie Piper, 21. They were not on the boat.<br />
